We know it is not easy to find the right filter for your fridge. As much as we want to help you identify the right filter for your fridge before you order, mistakes happen.

If you think you ordered/received the wrong filter AND want to get the correct filter for your fridge, our friendly returns process makes it a breeze. We will take the burden of return shipping and reshipment of the right product to you absolutely Free of Charge.

To initiate the return process, please fill out and submit the Return Request Form

* In the case that you do not want to receive the correct filter replacement for the returned items, we will still send you the pre-paid return label. However, the actual return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund for the filters. In this case, if the outbound shipment was free, there may also be a deduction to cover our out of pocket expenses for the outbound shipment.

** Our Free Returns offer is only valid for Refrigerator Water and Air Filters. Appliance Parts, Furnace Filters or Appliance Accessories other than Refrigerator Water or Air Filters do not qualify for Free Returns
