We use Canada Post Regular Ground Service or Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service for Free Shipping.

Orders, Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal for orders placed online. We normally fill the orders within 1 business day of the order date. We also accept Cheque-by-Mail for payment method. In this case the order is filled upon receipt and clearance of the cheque. We reserve the right to make changes on our pricing reflected on our website, introduce new promotions or end existing promotions without notice. 

Viewing Orders

While placing you order you have the option to create an account (by defining a password while placing your order) or checkout as a guest. If you have an account with us you can view your order history by logging in to your account. If you had checked out as a guest and want to inquire about a specific order you can do so by using "ORDERS AND RETURNS" link on the site footer. For this you would need to provide some particular information to obtain access to the order you are inquiring about.

Making a Change on an Order

If you think you need to make a change on your order (address correction, name, change, delay shipping date, etc. you would need to contact us and provide the details of the change you would like to make. We would make every effort to accommodate the change on your order if your order is in a stage that would allow the change.
